EMAIL

Once you have laid out and out your design details. Contact us via email through our contact form or order@sweetscienceint.com. Or call us Mon-Fri 9am -5pm at (973) 851-1212. Once we receive your email with full details, we will then send you an e-mail of your sketch within 2-3 business days, along with a price quote.

DESIGN

Orders are only started after payment has been received. Our main payment is through Credit Card payment (by choosing the Credit Card payment option), PayPal, Venmo, Cash app or money orders. Click the Venmo button below to set up a Venmo account! For those who would like to pay through PayPal, please know you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Please make sure to leave a note in the note section to identify your order. If you choose to mail payment please request address in your initial email.

DESIGN SKETCHES

The first design sketch is free and consists of threeedit of minor revisions.
We only charge for sketches if we have already done a sketch for you and you want to change the design COMPLETELY. We then ask for a $50 deposit that will go towards your order once it is placed. You only lose the $50 deposit if you end up not ordering. This is our policy due to the volume of customers that ask for multiple sketches and end up not placing an order

PRICING

Pricing depends on design. Full uniforms (vest & trunks) start at $350 and trunks alone start at $100. Lettering, logos, tassels, spikes and other design features are additional costs. The price quote you receive after a sketch is made is based on THAT design. Any revisions to the sketch after payment is received may result in additional charges.

We do make youth trunks. To be considered Youth sizing, one must have a 26″ waist and under. Youth trunks pricing is based on design but start at $80. Full Youth uniforms start at $275.

LOGO

All orders come with our Sweet Science logo. The logo removal fee is $250. Please know our logos are glued down with commercial glue as well as stitched down. Removal of our logo on your own will result in damaging your garment(s). We are not responsible for independent logo removals or the damage it causes. We have the right to charge you $250 on your next order if we find out our logo has been removed on a previous order.

PAYMENT PLANS

Sweet Science offers our customers an in-full payment option in or opt for a 50/50 payment plan. The 50/50 payment plan allows the customer to render a 50% deposit to begin the production of their masterpiece. The remaining balance is due before the order is shipped OR two weeks from the date of placing the order. Please know the 50/50 payment plan is not accepted for rush orders. Rush orders must be paid in full. We try our best to accommodate and practice fair business in all aspects of our client relationship.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Payment most widely used is Venmo. Venmo is a safe and FREE way to transfer money. Go to  to get started! We also accept Western Union, money orders and PayPal. We do accept credit card and check, however, we do not start the order until the check clears.

CARE LABEL

We do not recommend machine washing nor dry cleaning. Since we use a variety of luxury fabrics we recommend spot cleaning only! What is spot cleaning?

 

“Spot Cleaning: If any part of the garment is too delicate to be machine washed, dry cleaned, or even hand washed, then it may be labeled Spot Clean Only. In theory, to spot clean something means to only clean a stain and not immerse the entire garment for cleaning.”

TURN AROUND TIME

Turnaround time is estimated at three weeks for an order consisting of two pieces or less. For orders of three or more pieces, turnaround time may be anywhere from three to four weeks. Any order needed less than three weeks rush fees apply. Rush fees depend on how soon an order is needed. Here at Sweet Sciencewe pride ourselves in always getting our orders to our customers on time. We have never missed a deadline.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders are shipped United States Post Office- Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes around 2-4 business days depending on location. If requested, we can ship orders through FedEx. Please note, if this option is chosen, FedEx shipping rates will apply.

RETURNS

There are no returns on custom orders.
